Project Details

  • System: Four horizontal slotted pipe suction nodes with a central manifold and blower, with three nodes designed for 30 cfm and the fourth node designed for 100 cfm. VFD-controlled regenerative blower moisture separator for condensate management and vapor-phase GAC treatment of vapors prior to discharge.
  • Services: Refine design, PLC programming, installation, commissioning, and verification testing.
  • Key Challenges: System was installed under an existing building on an urban military installation.
  • Outcome / Result: System performed to specification at commissioning with no issues.
